Reservation

What time is check-in and check-out?

Hotel check-in is at 2:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. If you would like to request an earlier arrival or later departure, please contact our team at email [email protected].

What happens on late arrival at the hotel?

Our reception is available 24 hours a day, and we are ready to welcome you whenever you arrive. You can also enter your arrival time when making your booking so our team can make your check-in effortless after your late arrival.

Is Wi-Fi access available? Is it free?

Is breakfast included?

Our hotel offers a selection of room rates, both including breakfast or room only, to suit your preference. For guests with breakfast included, they can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast at The Clove Kitchen & Bar.

Our hotel offers spacious suites suitable for family travel. Our Corner Suite feautures 1 double bed, and enough space for an extra bed or crib for a small family in a 55sqm setting. While our 2 bedroom Suite can host up to 4 guests t, featuring 1 double bed and twin beds complete with a cozy seperate livign room for both comfort and privacy.

Do you offer rooms to share?

Travelling for business or with a friend? We have Classic and Privilege rooms with twin beds to ensure a comfortable space and sleep for twin travellers.

Our Rooftop Sanctuary on the 8th floor features an outdoor infinity pool with breathtaking mountain views—perfect for serene morning swims or evening cocktails with the Phuket sunset as your backdrop.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Our hotel is located roughly 60 minutes from the Phuket International Airport on the southern side of the island. Our prime location gives you access to the best beaches in Phuket. Our airport shuttle service can be booked in advance, or hotel taxis are available at the airport for a last-minute alternative.

Is parking available at the hotel? Is it free?

For your safety and convenience, our hotel offers a private car park available for hotel guests free of charge during their stay.
